Our Services
360 Mental Healing, LLC currently only offers Telepsychiatry (Virtual) visits for individuals anywhere in the state of Conneticut and New Jersey*. Virtual visits allow you to complete your scheduled appointment from the comfort of your own home or other location where privacy can be maintained, using your mobile device, computer, or tablet. Many patients prefer this option because it eliminates the need for commuting to an office which saves on time and resources. Particularly, virtual visits minimizes the amount of time that children have to be out of the classroom at school, and in many cases, it can decrease the amount of time parents need away from work. Logging into virtual visits is simplistic, efficient, and allows you to experience the same quality of care that you would receive during an in-office visit
*We offer In Person and Virtual visit in State of NJ. Please note that in office visit are required for any control substance, included stimulants.
Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment
Conduct a detailed assessment to understand your unique challenges and develop a personalized treatment plan. This session will be to establish psychiatric care and will be a thorough review of current and past symptoms and treatment.
Customized Medication Management
Expertly manage your mental health medications to optimize effectiveness and minimize side effects. Follow up 20-30-minute sessions are ideal for patients that have established therapists elsewhere and are working with this clinician on medication management only. Therapeutic approaches will be introduced and reinforced during visit however the primary point of 30 minutes sessions is addressing medication management.

No Show/Late Cancellation Fee $60
At 360 Mental Healing LLC, we do understand that everyone has unplanned events that demand immediate attention and may require cancellation of appointments. However, we ask that you understand that your booked time is set aside especially for you and that when you cancel your appointment, that visit is a timeframe that another patient could have received the care and treatment they needed. Therefore, if you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $60 for your missed appointment. Likewise, not showing up for a scheduled appointment will also incur a $60 no show fee. If you are more than 15 mins late for an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for another time, and your appointment time may not be extended. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so through the Patient Portal, email us, or call the office directly. If you receive a voicemail, please leave a message with the reason for your cancellation.
